There are two types of people who use digital tools, those who are deep inside the tech and those who aren't. To work, learning needs to be tailored to the level you're at. As someone who's been a 'tech translator' for over 20 years', my goal is to get everyone on the same page, regardless of where they're at. That means - no jargon, plain-English talk so you walk away feeling clear.

I regularly run workshops for the Australian Federal government as part of their Business Digital Advisor programme, and can be seen arm waving and explaining tech right across Brisbane. and tailored workshops for business leaders and board members.
