CORRIE
Hi! I'm Corrie, and I've been working in digital and technology for over 20 years - quite the journey watching how tech has evolved! These days, I'm focused on helping businesses navigate the exciting (and sometimes tricky) world of AI ethics and governance as CEO of my company, Integrity AI.
My passion for this space was cemented when I studied Ethics in AI at The London School of Economics. Combining that academic foundation with two decades of hands-on experience helping brands develop digital strategies has given me a pretty unique perspective on what works in the real world versus what looks good on paper.
Through Integrity AI, I work with companies who want to do AI right - not just because they have to, but because they genuinely want to harness AI's potential whilst staying true to their values and avoiding unnecessary risks. I love bridging that gap between what's technically possible and what actually makes sense for a business strategically.
One thing I'm particularly proud of is my ability to translate complex AI concepts into plain English. There's enough jargon in this space already - I believe everyone in an organisation should be able to understand and contribute to AI conversations, regardless of their technical background.
I'm also passionate about diversity in AI, which is why I'm an active member of Women in AI here in Australia and New Zealand. This year, I had the privilege of judging the APAC Women in AI awards, which was incredible - seeing the groundbreaking work women are doing across the region really reinforced why representation matters so much in shaping our AI future.
When I'm invited to speak on AI panels, I always try to bring practical, real-world insights rather than theoretical ideals. I've seen firsthand what works when organisations are trying to implement ethical AI, and I love sharing those learnings to help shape better practices across the industry.
At the end of the day, I'm here to help businesses feel confident about their AI journey - making sure they can innovate responsibly and sleep well at night knowing they're doing the right thing.
